820-01700 shot on ppbus_g3h i found the short on u9580 when removed short is gone what is u9580 and where can i get it

You've probably have short to ground on L9580/81 too.
That suppose dead NAND chip (at least one).
Check the actual diode mode to ground there, after removing U9580.

i replace u9580 now i have 19.4v 0.02 A

there is no short on L9580/81

Compare diode mode to ground readings between L9080/580.

Try to put it now in DFU.
Be sure to use 96/140W charger.
