820-01700 Touch bar not working

Hi guys,

Im working on a MBpro 16" that had a little water damage around L5199 the rest of the board is clean.
L5199 was replaced but still the touch bar is not working (also tried a new one), i have BKL in the keyboard, and:

DFR_TOUCH_INT_L 0.080 V
DFR_LID_OPEN_L 0 V
DFR_TOUCH_RESET_L 0.124 V
PP1V8_SLPS2RSW_DFR 1.804 V
PP5V_G3S_DFR_FILT 5.130 V

PP3V3_G3HSW_DFR 3.3 V

there is no touch bar options button in "sys pref"/"keyboard"

Any ideas?

This should be high (1.8V aprox).

Check diode mode to ground on SPI_DFR lines.

yes, its fine R5103 4.67k

Liquid affected something more I suppose, possibly U3900.
