i was put it on DFU mode and try to revive,restore, its goes to step 4 (installation system) fill all the bar but its stuck there, the fan on target mac on full spin, then they return to normal speed and at the apple configurator it say: booted with padlock sign no error. and nothing on the target mac screen.. just fans.

Can you get access in Target Disk mode?
When turn on the machine, check if you get CPU voltages.
Do you get PPBUS_G3H now?
Yes- 12.6v
When you post the voltage for a power rail, is much more important to know its "end name", than the "PP" header.
There should be something more affected by corrosion.
Compare diode mode readings on LDO rails of all CD3215 chips; each one has 4 LDOs.
Also check if you get 1V1_LDO on the powered port.
Test if board goes into DFU mode.

May be accumlated crap under some BGA chip.
