Cant find any liquid - all in great condition.
On charger 20V 0.08A (genuine 96W charger)

PPBUS_HS_3V3G3H_T 12.30V
PPBUS_HS_3V3G3HRTC_X - 12.60V

PP1V8_G3S 1.78V
PP5V_G3S 5.12V
PP3V3_G3H 3.34V

PPVCC_S0_CPU 0.0V

Big coils around CPU/GPU got 0.0V and 0.001V in diode mode.
Started to lift coils for example lifted L7211/2 and on pad 1 got 0.135V in diode mode, pad 2 got 0.001V in diode mode.

Did the same thing with L7221 and L7231 and still got 0.001V on PPVCC_CPU_PH1/2/3

Is the CPU dead?

Switch to ohm scale for very low resistance values.
Compare readings with good board.
Logi.wiki has many readings for several boards, check the web if necessary.
