820-01814-A No Power stuck at 20V 0.05A-0.93A

Hello, I have this board with zero history. It worked fine then didn't turn on for some reason.

It is recognized in DFU mode but fails to restore or revive. I get error message:

The System cannot be restored on this device.

The operation couldn't be completed ."AMRestoreErrorDomain error 6 - failed to handle message type StatusMsg (Operation failed))
[AMRestoreErrorDomain - 0x6 (6)]

I used another 2019 MacBook Pro 15" with Catalina and Monterey. It failed both times.


There is no chime, no charging sound, nothing. I connect the charger and get 20v 0.05 to 0.93A in DFU mode.

I took the bottom cover off and board looks fine, no corrosion or damage.

Did you try both revive and restore options in DFU?
SSD voltages are present?

I tried both revive and restore options. Still fails.

I will take the board out and test the SSD voltages. Is there any specific components you recommend testing?

Power on sequence for 01598 and 01055 available.
If board is recognized in DFU, but doesn't complete, pay atention to SSD and G3S voltages.
