820-01814 A1990 strange issue, no power

Hello, first i get board with burned u7800, i changed and now if battery connected, all ports 5v 0.17-0-18a but if i remove battery connection then 2 ports shows 20v 0.06a and other 2 5v 0.17-0.18, where to start and whats next.

All USB-C ports must have the same behavior.
If not, you have a problem on USB-C areas.
Compare voltage and diode mode on LDO rails between all ports.
