Hello,

I got this A1990, sudden death, no 19V on all port.

I've disconnect battery and charger and focus on big coil value to ground (in blue on the pics).

I will user 820-01041 in boardview

Thanks
Sam

Sorry, 0.331 on 3V3_G3H_RTC

Yes, I get 5.16V at R7020.

Boardview is not exactly same my board, I am not sure which one is U7000. Is it always
IC ISL6259 QFN32 6259AHRTZ 9AHRTZ ?

according to boardview this could be U7000, looks different compare to what I watch on video.

Could be this one? What I can say is both have 0 V on all components on the pics.

You have T2 machine, where ISL9240 is used; very small BGA chip; on the other board's side.

"PPBUS_G3H Diode Mode = 0.03"
No reason to connect power anymore; need to find the culprit first.
Check diode mode to ground on all big coils; see if any has similar value.

Thanks. Ok, no 0.03 on big coil. I am looking for ISL9240 on verso... not found yet.

Thanks. So shorted to GND by U7000. Need to replace that chip. Anything else to test before ?

I did Big coils. Need to do medium one (in blue) ?

I said U7000 as those components are all to GND trough U7000.

Yeah, that ones too; even L9080/580 for SSD.
Look at schematic and check ANY coil which is part of a secondary power supply connected to PPBUS_G3H.

I'm pretty sure U7000 is not the culprit here.
As per schematic, the marked point is connected to PPBUS_G3H.

I've measure all. You think I should find a coil open ?

What do you mean by "the marked point is connected to PPBUS_G3H" ?
