820-01827 Power On Issues

[No-Clean]

Board came in with shorted NAND, after replacement all went well and Mac works, but only powers on when power adapter is connected, if the Mac is shut down it wont power on unless power adapter is plugged in, after power on the adapter can be disconnected and Mac still works fine, it also charges fine, tried 2 different new batteries and same exact result.

PPBUS with 20% Charge:
With adapter Connected after a few seconds 11.2V
After disconnecting power adapter 10.4V

The problem is not consistent, sometimes if the Mac is shutdown and powered back on again shortly it will work.

I suppose you did restore from Recovery state.
Just in case, try now DFU restore.

Restored in DFU and re-installed OS same problem, when the Mac does not want to boot PPBUS is 1-2V

Tried 2 different batteries original ones from different Mac top case and same thing, the hard thing is that the board sometimes does work just fine.
