820-01949 black screen of death (restarting)

The system restarts after password is entered..
No corrosion or corroded components.
I have inspected the board via thermal camera nothing gets hot..HELP

Any error pops up in diagnostic mode?

You can try DFU revive/restore.
If needed, you can try to save data in target disk mode.

No issues found in diagnostic mode..
I tried DFU revive system now boots to finder with panic report
