820-01949 randomly shut off

820-01949 randomly shut off, no water damage, get to dfu but switch off and restart. I use some hot air on 7100 but nothing change. on different battery the same.

yes, couldn't complete, try to reinstal from internet but it switch off when instaling.

What the client said about the problem?
Machine turns off if you keep it in recovery menu (before choosing network)?

Also check if stays on in target disk mode.

Client say that nothing special happens but on the beggining it switch off only when they charge battery, on battyry only didnt switch off, now it switch off on charger and on battery lone too.

Actually, the battery is charging?
Tested with 87W charger for sure?
