Board came in no power and was lots of caps oxide. I cleaned and changed caps now board got 20v and dfu restore working, but no image on external or internal. ppbus 12.6

What is the CPU core voltage, after 10-15s?
Did you check for USB activity?

vcore 1.8 and going 0

u7100 and u7400 seems legs oxide.

changed u7100, now cpu going warm, and fans spinning but no image external and no internal
