PPBUS_G3H = 12.25V
PPBUS_HS_CPU = 12.20V
L7210/20/30 0.039V in diode mode.
PP3V3_G3H = 3.28V
PPVCC_NAND_SSD0 = 0V

PP5V_G3S = 0V
PP3V3_G3S = 0V
PP1V8_G3S = 0V
PPVCC_S0_CPU = 0V
PP1V1_S3 = 0V
PP0V6_S3 = 0V

PP5V_S5_LDO - spike to around 5V and then drop, plus is every 2-3 seconds
PPVIN_G3H_P5VG3S = 12.20V
PPVIN_G3H_P3V3G3H = 12.24V
PPVIN_G3H_P3V3G3HRTC = 12.25V
PP3V3_G3H_PMU_VDDMAIN = 3.26V but it drop to 0V every 2-3 seconds
PP1SR3V3_G3H_P0V6_S3_VIN = 3.26V but it drop to 0V every 2-3 seconds
PPBUS_G3H_SSD0 = 12.25V
PPVIN_G3H_P1V1_S3 = 12.25V

Got no idea where to start.
Any idea?

Any reason to check PPBUS_G3H in so many points?
All mentioned PPVIN are the same; don't waste time in such manner.

"PP3V3_G3H = 3.28V"
Is that L7690?

3V3_G3H_RTC is stable?

Yes, L7690, and it is not stable 3.28V and after around 2 seconds drop to 0V.

3V3_G3H_RTC is stable.

"Both" lines???
There are several SLPS2R and AWAKE rails, not just two.
Start checking U7800 (SYM 1 OF 4) LDOs.

PP1V8_SLPS2R = 1.8V not stable
PP1V1_SLPS2R = 1.1V not stable
PP0V8_SLPS2R = 0.8V not stable

PPVDDCPU_AWAKE = 0.75V
PPVDDCPUSRAM_AWAKE = 0.8V
PP1V8_AWAKE = 1.8V
PP1V2_AWAKE = 1.19V
PP3V3_AWAKE = 3.22V

All voltages above are not stable.

Sorry but what mean 'SYM 1 OF 4'? Below are details about LDOs - hope thats what you mean.
LDO_CORE = 1.5V stable
LDO0 = 0.8V not stable
LDO1 = 3.0V not stable
LDO2 = 1.19V not stable
LDO3 = 1.79V stable
LDO_RTC = 1.5V stable
