board clean no sign water corrosion
restored iconfigurator ok (no errors)
i dont see any short
SLPS2R and AWAKE voltage are present
voltages from r7020 is ok but just wondering
l7030 when i connect the charger got 12v slowly decrease the voltage from 5v
got 20v 0.20amp without battery
replaced q7030/40 also u7000. any idea?

I can't remember how many times I repeated on the forum; STOP checking L7030 on new machines.

What problem has your board?

ohh sorry
the board unable to turn on with no sign of corrosion or any shortcircuit
i also tried flash the t2rom using t2unlock.bin and restore all is ok
but still unable to turn on.
board freeze at 20v .22amp.

What voltages do you get on the coils?
At least G3S should be present.

Did you test the board alone on the desk?

Some boards require good battery to turn on.
So get known good battery and try again.

i think battery and charging are working fine.
when battery is connected i can feel the taptic on the trackpad
also the usb meter current is high.

Check voltage at L7400, L7701, L7820/21, L8100/50.
Inspect J6100, and RIO flex/board for corrosion.
