Thanks, schematic and boardview already posted on the forum.
You should read more threads, not only personal ones.

As always for T2 machines, start with DFU mode.
More information available here:
Be sure to follow all the steps in the linked DFU tutorial.

Tried to boot in DFU mode and tried to Restore as well as Repair - only got an Error saying that the Device was either disconected or connected twice.

Edit: Now tried Recovery Mode - Error 4010 but the Error Text is the same.

It "drops" to 12.69V shortly before the Error appears.

But I don't think this has to be the Error right ?

That could be the sign of T2 communication problem.
May be T2 internal issue, or something else blocks it.
Check if any AWAKE, or SLPS2R voltage drops at same moment too.

All of the SLPS2R Voltages drop 1 sec. before it fails. I also observed that the Recovery Mode is only Possible if battery is connected. Is this normal?

Yes it only starts in DFU or Recovery with Battery connected. If Battery disconnected, the Board only shows this LED lit up but not in Recovery or DFU mode.
