Ok.. finally received my lab psu, ingected some voltage and nothing is heating up 
On charger cable plugged in there is only 5v 0.26amps and the PP3v3_G3H is shorted
Any ideas?

Its 0.5 ohm.. just the leads of my meter give me 0.3

Ok i did mesure the current going trough the board and in fact it is 5 amps.. cave no clues at that point 
If PSU has 5A limit, may not inject in fact; got blocked probably.
Get 20A PSU for this purpose.
