Board has liquid damage,
I had to route a jumper wire in the U7700 area on the PPBUS_HS_CPU rail which is at 12.6v.
I get 3.2v on P1V8PRIM_EN. Isn't this supposed to be 1.8v?
The LED light is in what appears to be a white color or possibly blue.
I have nothing on PVDDQ_EN,
.290v on PP1V8_S3_FET_R.
This board has me confused, what should I do next?

Don't confuse enable signal with the output power rail.

Inspect J6100 and audio flex/board for corrosion; remove it from chassis.
