Just in case, before replacing U7000, check its basic voltages: P_IN, AUX_DET, VDDA/P, SMC_RST_IN, A/BMON.

P_IN 0.1v
AUX_DET 0v
VDDA/P 5.1V
PPDCIN_G3H_CHRG_AMON 5.1V
didnt find SMC_RST_IN but maybe is CHRG_RST_IN 0V

"P_IN 0.1v"
Why changed it, if is not even powered up?

R7020 is broken, or it doesn't get DCIN_G3H at all?

"didnt find SMC_RST_IN but maybe is CHRG_RST_IN"
Correct guess; but strange mention, as you already found other internal U7000 signals, above mentioned.

Check diode mode to ground at CHGR_EN_MVR.
If still missing, change U6903; it may kill the signal because of internal failure.

"Once removed, check CHGR_EN_MVR; before soldering new one."
?

You've did something wrong to kill PPBUS_G3H.
Check diode mode on it now.

I was talking about voltage; is the enable signal for 3V3_G3H_RTC.
If no present, problem may not be U6960.

Now, try to get back correct PPBUS_G3H.
