The Macbook comes wet in several areas and after analyzing the power-up sequence, it has the following voltages (I'm omitting some that are present):

PP1V8_SLPS2R 0-1.8 VARIES
PP1V8_AWAKE - 0-1.8 VARIES
PP3V3_AWAKE - 0-3.3 VARIES
PMU_PVDDMAIN_EN - 0V
PP3V_G3H_RTC - 0-3V VARIES
P5VG3S_EN - 0V
PP5V_G3S - 0V
P3V3G3S_EN - 0V
PP3V3_G3S - 0V
P1V8G3S_EN - 0V
PP1V8_G3S - 0V

With that consumption, the PMIC and T2 area is heated.

Continuously varying, or cycling in seconds?
PPBUS_G3H not stable?

PPBUS_G3H not stable = 8.40V goes up to 10.30V and goes back down.

Did you disconnect the battery?
Test the board alone on the desk.

I bet you still have something affected by corrosion.

The voltages that I have posted are with the board powered by power supply and BY3200.
