820-01987 20v No USB Activity

[No-Clean]

Clean board, came with shorted U7710 and U8500 now I get 20V and 0.200A after a few seconds, I do get USB 5V but no activity.

Restoring T2 takes a long time and eventually I get lock icon.

Trackpad clicks but there is not light on caps lock.

Battery was discharged and overnight it got charged but same thing, no power.

PPBUS 12.5V
PP3V3_G3H_RTC 3.3V
PP5V_G3S 5V
Some of the other voltages do come up for a few seconds then go back to 0V
PPVCC_S0_CPU never comes active

How these chips got burnt?

R7744/7 are still good?
Did you test disconnecting LCD assembly?

I thought I had checked R7744/7 but they were off a little bit, replaced them and checked, but same thing.

Checked with board alone even with no LCD flex cable connected (also checked the FPC and all good) but same thing.
