Board came in first not seen power, changed both usb controllers, now it gives 20a and 100-300v but no image on screen. where to start?

I'm very sure is not true.
Please, learn how to read the USB-C multimeter.

Did you check external video and USB activity?
CPU core voltage comes on?

Same issue, as above. I have caps lock and the backlight lights up, I here the chime and there is CPU core voltas first 0,825v the 0,625v. But no display internal or external... Please advise

Did you check external video disconnecting internal LCD?

Sorry easy fix, internal LCD was not working! Tested with another LCD and all is ok...
