Nothing comes up on amp meter (doesn't even turn on) Checked for shorts on almost all big ish caps on the board, all good. Lines seem to have little to no voltage (hard to tell what lines they are without board view)

Any common issues on these? I checked a new port already

Check diode mode to ground on CC1/2 lines of USB-C ports.
Remove the ports from shell and inspect their terminals.

ok so the situation has changed completely now. Getting 20V now, trackpad clicks, nothing on screen and then it restarts (can only tell because the trackpad stops being clickable for a couple of seconds)

Judging by the amount of current going in I wouldn't say it's charging the battery

Check if PPBUS_G3H is stable, or cycles.
Is the machine recognized in DFU?

PPBUS seems to be 10V if I measured the correct fuse.
Not able to boot into DFU it seems

All AWAKE and SLPS2R voltages come on?

Yup, I can confirm PPBUS is 10V at F7000
AWAKE and SLPS2R and voltages come on
