Remove F5200 and check C5254 voltage.
If still missing, post U5200 voltages: pins P_IN, AUX_DET, SMC_RST_IN, VDDA/P, EN_MVR, AUX_OK, A/BMON.

i get 12.3v on C5254 without F5200, but when i put new good F5200 again no voltage on PPBUS and on PPVBAT , no short found
PPBUS without F5200 0.100 PPVBAT 0.300

Check diode mode to ground on all coils.
Pay atention to 3V8_AON and 3V3_S2.
Also check at PMUs LDOs.

BTW, check resistance between PPBUS_AON and all coils too.

didnt find something..but! i was injunct 1v to PPBUS to see maybe something will warm-up and yes! it was small cap with tiny crack..i was take it out and now all work!
