820-02016 5v stuck

Hi this is a 820-02016 in 5.14v looping 0 - 0.08amps on both usb ports
No power on from battery
No DFU MODE


ppbus_AON = 11.7v-12.15v
pp3v8_AON_VDDMAIN =3.73v-3.76v
When remove F5200 in C5254 i get steady 12.20v

In another dead motherboard the diode mode reading of PP1V06_S2SW_DRAM is higher =0.056v

0.026 looks good; value varies, depending of SSD capacity.

U7700/8100 LDOs are pulsing too?
You may have problems with one of them, or even U5700.

Any history available?

BTW, forget the "V" after a diode mode reading.
Avoid a confusion with voltage reading.

Chequing again U8100 i notice a short in pp3v3_s2_upc
So i gon to inject 1v here and see if anything get hot
