820-02016 a2337 no power

got this with 5.12v 0.12amp stable
ppbus_aon 12.29v stable
PP3V8_AON_VDDMAIN .2v not shorted
on my thermal cam u5340 is overheating around 50 degree celsius nothing short in this area
i replaced u5340, u5200, u5700, u8100 and both uf4/500 still the same u5340 still overheating.

Post U5340 voltages.
Check diode mode to ground around U5700.

pin:
2 1.7v
4 0v not shorted
5 5v

u5700 diode mode
only pin:16 (P3V8AON_VRTN) having fullshort but i compared it
to working board also fullshort so this is normal i guess.

Replace U5340 again.
Just for test, remove it and solder R5341.
