hi, macbook air m1, there is no picture on the internal screen, but when I connect it to an external HDMI or UCB C monitor, there are pictures on the second monitor. The board has no signs of damage or water. What could be the problem? All lines on JP600 is ok. Change another scree, flax cable and nothing.

What said the client about how the problem appeared?
Missing both image and backlight?
Check 3V3/5V_SW_LCD and LDP_INT_HPD presence.
Also check if 1V8_AON has the correct voltage.
