820-02016 no power on

Hello guys this is a 820-02016 in 5.13v 0.04amps on both usb ports
No power on from battery
No enter on DFU MODE

ppbus_AON = 12.25v
pp3v8_AON_VDDMAIN =3.75V
PP5V2_S2= 0V
PP3V3_S2=0V
PP1V25_S2=0V
Diode mode
PP5V2_S2= 0.209v
PP3V3_S2=0.447v
PP1V25_S2=0.228v

How can start

Check U7700/8100 all VLDOs; pages 29 & 34.

One PMIC may be bad.
Check diode mode to ground on all their coils.

Thanks to your advice while checking u7700 VLDO I found a short in pp5v_BSTLQ_VOUT_MPMU and when solving this the machine is alive!!
