Hi.

I have this M1 A2337 board that powers on normally and I have a backlight and no image. I measured all voltages and diode mode readings on the LCD connector and all seem fine. The board doesn't show anything burned, and no liquid damage. I tried 2 other LCDs but still just backlight no image. Any ideas?

3V3_SW_LCD has correct voltage?
Also check EDP_PANEL_1V8_EN and LPDP_INT_HPD_signals.

PP3V3_SW_LCD - 3.3v
EDP_PANEL_1V8_EN - 1.8v
RP600 - 1.2 on both sides

Looks like CPU problem.

BTW, do you get external video?

Yes I'm getting a dark screen with the cursor moving , like a second screen, but the client forgot their login pass so cannot login fully

Internal LCD is directly connected to M1 CPU.
I don't see other reason for no image.

BTW, disconnecting internal LCD, you should get main desktop on external monitor.

I disconnected the internal LCD and still shows the same black screen with backlight and cursor moving like on two screens
