820-02020 5v 0,15...0,40A

Hi!
I have Macbook 820-02020 without any damage and have just 5v and cant turn it on
When I use A port I have 5v and 0,13 to 0,40 A and I see hot UF400 and UF500 in thermal camera
When I use another port, just have 5v and 0,13A and hot only UF500
Can I change only one UF500?

Get one from scrap board same model, same position.
If not available, try your luck with any chip...
