J5151 totaly damaged, run wires for - SYS_DETECT_L(0.470), I2C_SMC_PWR_SDA(0.480), I2C_SMC_PWR_SCL(0.480)
with battery ans charger:

SYS_DETECT_L 0.2v
I2C_SMC_PWR_SDA 3.1v
I2C_SMC_PWR_SCL 3.1v

mac on fan full speed from begining, x symble on battery.

Check UD200/1 and adjacent components.

there was hole near to UD201 near I2C_SMC_PWR_SDA pad, replaced UD201
compare with good board:
I2C_SMC_PWR_3v3_SDA 580 (good board 480)
I2C_SMC_PWR_3v3_SCL 590 (480)
UD201_EN 550 (600)
PP1V25_S2 250 (240)
I2C_SMC_PWR_SCL 250 (300)
I2C_SMC_PWR_SDA 250 (240)

UD200 may be bad too.
Even CPU could have been affected.
