820-02020 battery not detected

The system was not detecting battery found q5265 burnt and d5270 knocked off replaced both and system power on and deteccts battery but not charging draws 20V 0.45A with high fan spin...

Now system does not power again Draws 5.17V and 0.45A at the ammeter

PPBUS_AON=6.90V
PP3V8_AON=3.2V
PP5V_AON=5v
I inspect via thermal camera found U7700 getting hot at 45 degree HELP!!

Check PPBUS_AON voltage without battery connected too.

Compare diode mode readings on U7700 LDOs and coils with good board.
