820-02020 Corner T2 Pulsing

My reference: REF1128

Issue: Thermal camera shows pulsing in the Y1 region of the U8100 Chip when initially turned on, but stops after a few seconds. L5800 also I can see warms up during this process. The board does turn on, fan spins, but I get no video on internal or external display. I do get .7v on PPVDD_SOC_S1 so it seems all the other "S" states are present.
I don't get anything for VSNS_VSS_PCPU.

Any history available?
Can you put the machine in DFU mode?

No luck with forced DFU mode however it may be trying to do something. I noticed the USB-C meter remains at 5v until I removed the tweezers and it goes back up to 20v. Also I tried hooking an external monitor back up to it again and it seems to be getting a signal, and then it loses the signal, then it repeats this.

Something else affected by corrosion.
There may be also accumulated crap underneatch some chips.
