I found short on PPBUS_SPKRAMP and knocked off CR636 short gone... still no power

PP1V5_UPC0_LDO_CORE=0V
PP3V3_UPC0_LDO=0V.
And board still draws 5.17v 0.00A

Post U5200 basic voltages; P_IN, AUX_DET, VDDA/P, SMC_RST_IN, PBUS, EN_MVR, AUX_OK, A/BMON.

AUX_DET=is between 1.1and 1.2V
VDDA/P=5.1V
SMC_RST_IN=0V
PBUS=1.1v
EN_MVR=5.1V
AUX_OK=0.705
A/BMON=0V
I knocked off R5275 and C5257 they are corroded

R5275 is critical.
C5257 can't stop PPBUS_AON generation.

Be sure R/C5230/40 are good, as traces too.
You may need to change U5200 and/or Q5230/40.

Check C5250 voltage, removing F5200.
