820-02020 MBP M1 battery not charging

board no short,no liquid damage.board can run without batter but can not charge.when charger and battery both are plugged in board run from battery.charger not detected.battery alone can run.changed so far, charger ic,type c ic.all the measurement seems ok.scl,sda line ok got voltage and waveform.
any help would be appreciated.

First of all, welcome to the forum!

What the customer said about how the failure appeared?

Check resistance (ohm scale) over C5220/60.
Also check CHGR_A/BMON levels; with both charger and battery connected.

It is really high!
That's strange, because resistance over C5220 looks good.

Try changing U5200...

after change u5200, Amon/Bmon now ok.Ov/0.05v.now battery is charging but after sometimes stops charging.charging restart.machine runs on battery. i think something when heated up.charging works.when i try to assemble and board cold down than again same thing.

You may have bad solders under U5200...
