I have this card which, if powered by JG600, restarts continuously and 0 to 5v with unstable amperage, however if it is powered by JF600/1 5v 0.37 and then 0.02 stable PPBUS_AON 1.5 and nothing PP3V8_AON

he had a fall, the voltage on C5250 is 0.575

Keep fuses removed and post U5200 basic voltages: P_IN, AUX_DET, SMC_RST_IN, VDDA/P, EN_MVR, AUX_OK, A/BMON.
Also check resistance (ohm scale) over C5220/60.

Still missing PPDCIN_AON with Magsafe 3 connected?

Check FF200/1 & FG200 integrity.
Also check diode mode to ground at PPDCIN_AON.

Do you get correct LDOs from all CD3217 chips?

on C5250 I have 12.25
I measured the LDOs of UF400 UF500 UG400 with respective USBCs connected and I get LDO. I don't have the same card to compare the readings but based on openboarddata PP3V8_AON it's 0.300 instead I measure 0.157

Mmm, I think you've posted U5200 diode mode readings, instead of voltages; why???

So you get C5250 voltage only when the fuses are removed?

I repeat the readings but with the fuses in their place if usbc connected to UG400 I have the attempt to start all the voltages are unstable and ppbus does not go beyond 12.30 and restarts continuously at 5v while on the other usbc I get 0.02 A and ppbus drops to 1.5, sorry if I misunderstood I redo the voltage readings

exactly but when I connect magsafe to the usbc corresponding to JG600 it restarts continuously and rises up to 12.25, while with the magsafe connected to the usbc corresponding to UF400 and UF500 instead it lowers up to 1.5v
