820-02098 no turn on

Hello everyone. I have an 820-02098 board that, without a battery connected, remains at 5V; however, with the battery attached, it reaches 20V the MagSafe circuit lacks the SYS_ONEWIRE signal—now designated as USBC5_CC1. With the MagSafe connected, this line measures 1.6V (I believe it should be 3V) and exhibits in diode mode 0.567V.

I replaced diode D5403:2 as well as the CD3217B12BCE chip responsible for the MagSafe functionality.

The ISL9240HI is outputting the correct 13V.

I also took measurements on the SLG4AP43601; while all corresponding signals are present, the chip is not generating CHGR_RST_IN. I replaced this component as well, but the issue persists. Furthermore, the device does not enter DFU mode.

"SYS_ONEWIRE signal—now designated as USBC5_CC1"
That's not true!

Power Delivery (PD) protocol used for USBC needs cable configuration (CC1/2) lines.
Magsafe uses only one line (CC1); 1.6V is correct voltage there.
Don't forget, Magsafe cable connects to the USBC output of the charger.

"is not generating CHGR_RST_IN"
Do you expect U5200 to work in reset state???
Be aware, wrong assumptions make you wasting time.

Did you replace CD3217 chip with donor, from same position?
If not, put back original.

"device does not enter DFU mode"
Try using external switch method:
Keep the battery and trackpad connected.
