up800 area is liquid damaged. I removed CP810. But LUXE_C_VDD Line appears to be short-circuited. In this case, I need to replace UP800, right? There shouldn't be a short-circuit, right?

LUXE_C_VDD is a voltage internally generated by UP800.
It shouldn't be shorted, if CP810 is removed; unless UP800 is bad itself.

PPVOUT_LUXE_XW: 9.40V
PP1V2_AWAKE: 1.2V

Check if all 0 ohm resistors from page 111 are good.

Also be sure all QP800-3 are good.
