820-02100 intermittent or slow charging

Hi there,
This Mac was constantly chiming. Tried multiple 140w chargers and cords first, then battery and flex. SMBUS BATT SCL/SDA test good. It wont dfu restore as I'm guessing its getting interrupted?

Error is

Gave up waiting for device to transition from RestoreOS state to BootedOS state. [com.apple.MobileDevice.MobileRestore – 0xFC9 (4041)]

After wiping and reinstalling it now charges but very slowly and I noticed when plugged in a tiny squeel or squelch... almost like an old tv or something. I believe its coming through the speaker depending on which port? very strange.

Currently seems to be holding between 50-70W range on charger but sometimes the port cycles back down and restarts port cycle.

There was signs of liquid near R5220 but nothing appeared corroded. Initially I thought battery mustve gotten damaged as it was loopiing and new battery brought it to life but now I'm realizing the original battery was likely just completely dead from not being able to charge.

Good call. found some corrosion and fixed it and diode check everything good. fired it up and was good for a moment then went to 5v no amp draw. U5200 shorted out. fek. is there anywhere to get one besides donor? I've been looking but not figuring it out.
