Liquid damage around U8400 (no corrosion), i think is bad, however here is some numbers:
:

BKLT_EN_R = 0V
[1] PP5V_S0_BKLT_A = 5V
[2] PP5V_S0_BKLT_A = 5V
PP5V_S0_BKLT_D = 5V

I hope you guys can help me out.

You can't get backlight without EDP_BKLT_EN.

USB mouse get light?
Use USB-C adapter to test with mouse...
