I found a short circuit on the PP5V_SPMU_BSTLQ line. I removed the damaged c7701.
Still no change

Don't bother with the ones "NC" marked.

I found a defective L 7700 and the machine started.

I don't have exactly the same logic board. Can I give a similar one from another board.
