Heavy liquid damage on multiple areas.
PPBUS_AON on F5200 0.46V (0.495 in diode mode).
F5200 has been lifted for more tests.

LDOs of 3x CD3217 in diode mode are correct but PP3V3_S2_LDO have only 0.01V.

U5200 voltages:
P_IN 5.15V
AUX_DET 0.52V
SMC_RST_IN 0V
VDDA 4.46V
VDDP 4.46V
AUX_OK 0V
AMON 0V
BMON 0V

Any idea?

Should be 1.2V aprox, for 5V input.

Remove Q5216 and test again.

Without Q5216 AUX_DET have 0.16V (0.582 in diode mode)

Then you have problems with R5215/16 divider, or U5200.

R5215 replaced (was in bad shape) and have now 0.85V.
R5216 looks good and have correct resistance.
Replaced U5200 as well and still 0.85V

I think is correct for 5V input.
Post actual U5200 basic voltages; with F5200 removed.
