820-02773-05 turning on but not charging battery

After disconnecting and reconnecting j5150 it will draw charging current and it will charge the battery, but after a while like 5 minute, it’s will stop drawing charging current and withdraw the charging sign on the battery,but there will be 20v and the system will be working. But no charging sign.
If I repeat the process of disconnecting and reconnecting j5150 it will charger again and stop charging on its own
Pls help

Yes. Known good battery, what I discovered now is that, when I installed another battery and I plugged the charger, it draws charging current and it’s charging but if I remove the charger and plug it back it will draw 20v but 0.00current and the system will working but not charging. Until I disconnects the batter terminal it will start charging again.

It’s has charged to 45% the last time I thought I it has been fixed, still charging until I disconnected the charger. Next morning not charging.it will now start charging until I disconnect and reconnect the battery terminals j5150
