820-02773 (MacBook Pro 13" M2). Came in after a screen swap, worked about a week, then died. No liquid. On USB-C it sits at 5V / 0.12A and never boosts. Dead with a known good battery too.
Confirmed good: no shorts anywhere (full diode survey matches openboarddata reference). All AON housekeeping present, PPBUS_AON 12.3V. PMU_ONOFF_L pulls to 0V on press. Reset PMU_RSLOC_RST_L released high 1.68V. 32kHz clock present at TPL001. SMC SMBus pulled up, idles 1.27V. Battery domain good (Q5265 passes 12.6V).
On the power press, no S rail comes up at all (single shot on PP5V_S2 never fires), so the sequence never starts. On the SMBus, instead of comms both SCL and SDA decay together from 1.27V to 0V over about 100us and stay low, which looks like the pull up rail collapsing rather than data.
Housekeeping, clock and reset are all healthy but the board never starts the sequence or asks PD to boost. Please help
