Thanks for the info, I did a little research and there is a programmer called Luban they are famous for iPhone NAND programmers, I have used them in the past.
The programmer, module for this wifi model and WiFi IC all comes to around $350 and I could only find it in China, looking at some videos they make it look easy. So far I have only had this one come in for this issue as far as M series Macs so it is a little hard to make the investment.
