hey guys,

having this board here. liquid damage (heavy). working with 02098 schematic.

had backlight problem. replaced backlight chip. backlight is there.

corrosion in the sound area.

display is also turning off and on. not stable picture. trackpad is not clicking.


what to do?

Check all the circuits from page 124.

IPD_LID_OPEN_1V8 steady high?

3.3/1.8 voltages are present...

cant find any shorts...

I asked for a signal, not a power rail.

Also check MGL/ND_1V8 behavior.

Stable display if trackpad is disconnected?
