820-02890 no power

Device came in no power, pulls 15v 4amps. No fan spin no chime. I did notice when track pad is unplugged after around 30sec the fans will initiate and ramp up. Still no response from cap key so device isn’t fully booted but definitely is trying. With everything unplugged from board it pulls 15v .49amps. Not sure we’re to go from here Tia

Any fault history available?
Did you check external USB activity and video?

No history besides just shut off randomly.
Tried video as well and even tried to put into recovery but did not work either. Data is of concern on this one.

It is properly detected in DFU mode, or disappears from AC2?

No it will not go into dfu mode. Now I did not test like this without trackpad plug in since that seems to be the only point it shows life outside charging. Everything was plugged in when I tried.
