i have push to 0.09A maximum

PPVBUS USBC1 5v
PPBUS_AON 12.14V
PP3V8AON_PH1/PH2/PH3 all 3.747V
ON L5230, the voltage varies between 0.6V and 1.4V but never stable

Any fault history available?
Is the machine recognized into DFU?

Check U8100 and U7700 LDOs.

I recently had a MacBook Pro do the same thing, and it was the USB-C Controller. For your model, I believe it is the CD3217B12 IC. There should be two, and both should be replaced if that is the issue. I would check around there.
