820-2361-A DCIN board L2 and C3 values & schematics

I know it may not worth the hassle but I wanted to fix this DCIN board with a damaged L2 and C3 as I dont have another 820-2361 on hand.

Does anyone know what are the values of these? Any schematics available for DCIN board?

The coil can be replaced with a tiny wire.
A 22 ohm resistor can be placed instead.
The cap is not even needed.
Sometime the dual TVS diode fails too; can be removed also.
