820-2390-a no power but green light on charger

Hi. i have board with i can't fix it myself and need some help. i watched Louis video about bad capacitor but i have voltage on L7770 pin 2
PP1V05_S5_MCP - 1.10v but PP5V_S3 is 0.00v and board don't powering up. Can anybody help me here?

i have 3.4v on pin 21 on u7201 but on pin 4 u7201 is 0.00v

Have you gone down the rest of the power rails to see what is missing? When you hit the power button on the keyboard does PM_SLP_S4_L pulse for a second? You might need a second set of hands for this.

Is PP3V3_G3_RTC present? What is the history of this, water, drop, or something else? This could really be anything at this point, needs some more information to be able to advise. No PM_SLP_S4_L pulse could be almost anything.
