820-2530-a sometimes black screen

Hi!

I have a 820-2530-a board that sometimes does not boot, i have black screen and the white led stays always on,
but when the system boots is stable for an entire day!

What you suggest to check?

No other sign, like chime, or USB activity then?

First check resistance to ground at 3V42 power rail, in ohm mode.
You should get more than 30K.

No, when it doesn't boot i only have the fan spinning: no chime, no video.
5.05v on usb ports.

Sure, i'll check 3V42 rail later.
