820-2567, chime no image

So I have on the bench and 820-2567 that chimes, and has backlight but no image. I plugged in an external monitor but nothing came up.

Missing internal/external video at same time, shouldn't be related with LVDS connection.
Confirm USB activity, to be sure board doesn't get stuck after chime.

No USB activity. Light on pen drive is solid. I should pull the board to check the other side. I think someone else has been inside of it cause the CPU fan is unplugged.

taking 1.43A w/o battery. Is that normal? Haven't worked on a ton of these.

Probably burned up the GPU . The Fan connector is ripped off of the board.

How is VCORE reacting in the first 10s after turning on?
